All rates include utilities (Electricity, water, and sewage) with full hookup of 50amps or 30amps

Rivers Inn RV Park Policies
- We take pride in the fact that our Park is and has been a very quiet and friendly place to live in, therefore, we expect tenants to be respectful of each other and refrain from making disturbances or performing loud music after 9 pm that will affect the comfort and safety of the community in the park.
- Each resident is responsible for the cleanup and sanitation around the immediate vicinity of their site. Trash bags should be moved to the central dumpster and not allowed to lay down beside their RV's.
- Repair and maintenance of RV and vehicles are not allowed on the premises of the park. Tarps and cover-ups on them are not permitted.
- All sites are provided with two parking spaces for small cars. Any additional commercial vehicles can be parked somewhere else inside the park for an additional charge.
- For the safety of the tenants and the property of the Park, moving RVs into the Park is not allowed when it's dark or late at night. This is meant to avoid any possible damage to anyone at the park especially if the driver of the RV isn't well versed in parking an RV on the designated site.
- Tenants who move out of the park without paying their full dues can be charged with "Theft of Services" according to Texas laws, rules and regulations.
